If you experience any issues with your Halcyon gear, we encourage you to contact your authorized Halcyon dealer, or Halcyon‘s Tech Services department with your questions. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, negligence, accidental damage, commercial use, or abuse are not covered by the warranty.
Halcyon does not require any authorizations for warranty repair; however, we do require the following documentation. Before sending any Halcyon equipment back for a warranty claim, please be sure to print and complete the Halcyon Repair Form (see below to download) and a photocopy of the purchase receipt for your Halcyon product. If you have any questions, please contact Tech Services before sending your product.

Your local or nearest dealer can assist you with your questions, no matter where your Halcyon equipment was purchased. If you are unsure as to who is your dealer, contact Halcyon Technical Services.
We recommend packaging your equipment, with proper protective wrap, in a sturdy box, leaving room all around for a packing material, such as bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts.
Please Note: A Halcyon Product Return Form needs to be completed and sent with any repair or warranty work returned to Halcyon. If you have any questions, please contact Tech Services before sending your product.
